That one quarter of the motor cortex that is the area that controls all the movement, is dedicated to moving hand muscles due to their intricate movement & extraordinary sensation is fingertips & hands.

Fingers has no muscles, all of the fingers are operated with muscles & tendons in the hand & the forearms.

Our hands has 29 major joints, at least 123 ligaments, 34 muscles, 48 nerves & 30 arteries.

Our current lifestyle using commutes & phones has detrimental effect on our hands, causing wrist pain, limited movement and weakness. Take the matter into your own 'hands' and join the challenge to feel the different is how your hands & wrist are feeling.

Step 1

Mobilise

learn effective warm up of the palm of the hand that will be handy to do before classes.

Step 2

Strengthen

Learn exercises that will help you strengthen the forearms, wrists & hands.

STEP 3

Stretch

Learn gentle daily stretches to keep your hands & wrists working well.
